  • ARB Customer Service - yes , there are still great companies out there!

    I recently purchased a used 50 Qt ARB fridge/freezer. As part of the deal I got a transit bag with it. The previous owner mentioned he didn't use it because the velcro attachments didn't stick.

    I e-mailed ARB Customer Service about the velcro problem, and they immediately offered to send out a replacement kit free of charge!

    I call that good customer service!

    Marc Bowers and Tech & Marketing Asst. Matt Glass at ARB. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with.

      I love ARB's catalogs. Better than the old Sears Christmas catalogs of 30-50 years ago!
