testing text file uploads

Test to see what happens to an OziExplorer waypoint file renamed to have a .txt extension.

I prefer using zip files, because it preserves the files data stamp. Not everyone is so familiar with zip files, though the txt option may be better.

I can add any extension we may need to put in uploads.
