So I decided to try these out:

Anyone have anything similar?
Also needed more lexan silverware:

Anyone have an idea about a dish pan?

Can't see a pic in the first link, but we just use regular kitchen equipment for truck camping. We do have the lexan silverware and it's great, except that we lost some because people who borrowed it at camp thought it was disposable:notme:

calamaridog,
For a good dish pan, check out their "Porta-Sink" on the following web-site
http://www.evergreen-outdoors.net
They work well for me.
Good Luck

I fixed the first link.
And thanks Tioga for that suggestion.

I got the utensil kit. It seems quite functional, more so than I expected. There are two handles, 4 knife blades (chef, carving, fillet, bread), meat fork, spatula, and serving spoon. I also got some heavy duty shears for the kit.

Over the years, my wife had collected enough kitchen utensiles to supply all tennents of a city apartment complex. So I stocked my kitchen box for free.

I understand what you are saying, but I'm not taking my new Wustof camping! When we moved, I got rid of many extras too.

Yeah...don't bother with one!
I hate washing dishes when I'm camping...just a PITA as far as I'm concerned...so I just use the moist towelette kitchen wipes than come in the plastic container. I use them for everything and they clean things great and they're sanitary (after using one, wipe with a dry towel to prevent leaving a slight film)...helluva lot easier...doesn't use water and there is no dirty grey water from washing dishes to throw into the environment. (which theoretically should be packed out anyway, but...)

Hey, that's a good idea...
I also pack paper plates and bowls.
I love cooking but I hate dishes...

Paper plates and dishes also make excellent campfire starter material ...
