I carry one of these, but have never used (needed)it. Mine was made by some outfit called Terra Firma Products, and I got it before the net was much, so mine dosen't have a web site address.
Just FYI, about things to carry, BEFORE you need them. :-)

Iv'e got one of those too, but would only use it as a last resort, or for someone else who has nothing. Mine is so brittle that it broke just carrying it around in the truck. I also talked to a guy who actually tried one out in the field, and he said they couldn't keep it on. Might be worth it for one of us to actually try it next time we do a belt change.

I usually have my surp. belts changed every 30k miles, and throw the old one in the toolbox. Another issue to consider isthe pulleys. If an idler or A/C pully fails your screwed! Not such an issue for the Toyota's, but the Jeep ones do fail. I carry an A/C blank (a tower with pully attached) just in case. The Land Rovers are bad for A/C clutches failing. They lock up and fly apart!
