Pssst... hey Toyota, please look at this...

Jeep Rescue (http://autoshow.edmunds.yahoo.com/news/autoshow/articles/100916/page020.html)

See? there really is a market for capable 4wd vehicles. The weight, power, and fuel consumption of this Jeep concept is probably a little too high for my tastes, but if they could keep it light, good on fuel, and reliable, it looks like it would make a killer expedition vehicle.

Very nice guys.

Thanks for keeping updated.
I hope this will make Toyota and others to continue to do good 4 x 4. I heard they are going to stop the TLC.

Just if Doron would purplish the link to the Toyota S 110 or something like this. He told us during the meeting that one can get a TLC series 110 for 25K.

drool... drool.... that would be the perfect vehicle for me! Works as a tow vehicle for the Scrambler, SUV for a daily driver and expedition vehicle as well as working as a recovery vehicle to get the Heep off the trail if need be. Depending on the dimensions, it could just be the one! Are you listening DC... I want one... I want one!!!

Jack, the dealer thatDoron mentioned is Toyota Gibraltar (http://www.toyota-gib.com/). I still doubt you could get one into the U.S. by any reasonable means. Your 6 month importation qualification (from Brazil) might work once or twice... but how would you insure it? Cost?
