Hey folks. I have decided to put off wiring the garage to a different time. I need to get out of the house and see some desert. I am planning on running the "Mexican Border Road" (Massey South Region trail #12) this weekend. This is a all day run, but is extreamly easy. Probably won't even come out of 2wd for it. Scenery is supposed to be some of the best in southern Arizona. The trail runs basically from the Coronado National Memorial visitor center (just south of Sierra Vista, west to hwy 82, a few miles north of Nogalas.
Could be either day, Saturday or Sunday, depends on who all is going, and what works better for everyone, but I would prefer Saturday.
Anyone interested?

That's a nice trail. I've done it a couple of time from west to east but haven't made it yet from east to west. There are lots of interesting side trips to take along the way. It will keep you busy.

Have fun on that trip, I (Doron too) would have liked to go with you, but I will be in Ohio (yuck) from Sat-Wed.
Take care!

How was your trip down the "Ghost Trail"?

It was a very cool drive! I was surprized to see some of the ranches that far back from civilization, very cool! And not one illegal border crosser either! There are a few side roads that I wan't to go back and check out, but the main road(s) were in very good shape, with only a few washboard sections. Great scenery to boot!

Should we move this Thread to the previous trips?
